Eddie's of Roland Park
Eddies of Roland Park, located on North Charles Street, was a full interior renovation from the freshly painted roof underside down to the new tile flooring. This project has allowed Eddie's to expand its business, internally, through a better use of space without drastically increasing the building footprint. This expansion has given the grocery store a greater ability to increase their catering business along with the means to offer a greater variety in the “Gourmet To Go” and salad bar areas. Refrigerated displays have become more customer friendly and also larger allowing more choices to be offered. During construction, the existing front brick wall was removed and replaced by a new floor to ceiling aluminum glass storefront allowing continuous sunlight during the daytime hours. Skylights were added to allow even more natural light to shine on the numerous products showcased on the new shelving. Through extensive scheduling and logistical planning we were able to keep this establishment open for business throughout the entire project.

You and your team did an outstanding job in making this crazy thing happen so fast, so well and on budget. The suite is absolutely amazing and it reflects Under Armour perfectly. We set August 1st as the completion date and it’s done!

As principal of Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, I can attest that the new interactive Learning Center (iLC) has opened numerous doorways for instruction using the latest technology to engage the children. The professional staff of F.M. Harvey worked closely with us to turn our vision for a 21st century learning environment into a reality.
Victor Pellechia, Principal, Our Lady of Perpetual Help
The employees of F.M. Harvey without exception, were outstanding in their courtesy, consideration, attention to detail and willingness to share their time in explanations and cautions as the latter arose. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending F.M. Harvey Construction Company without reservation.

Although I have thanked you many times before, as I watch the last tenant move into the new building, I thought it appropriate to formally acknowledge our sincere appreciation and gratitude to you and your company for all the hard work and effort put forth over the past 6 years to complete this project. The buildings look fantastic and the tenants are very pleased with their environments. I know the processes was long and I appreciate you seeing it through on schedule and on budget.
Thomas R. Moore, Owner’s Representative, Four Corners Square
As you know in the construction business we don't get many compliments so I wanted to let you know I enjoyed working with your project team Will and Scott on the office build out. They were always on top of things and were able to analyze and solve any problems that arose ahead of time with solutions. It was a great job that ran smoothly and efficiently.

... John and I, at dinner the other night, had both expressed our utmost confidence in you and the team at FM Harvey. We toasted to the sentiment that we don’t think we could’ve found a better partner for this project.
Len Bush, Owner, 37 West Cross Street, LLC
... it should be recognized that you both contributed more than just “overseeing” the project. Rather, it was your professionalism, skill and experience which made this project so successful for the Academy. It goes without saying that “our” experience with FM Harvey was absolutely wonderful and top rate...
